July Feed in Tariff rates confirmed
Ofgem has confirmed the new Solar PV Feed in Tariff rates which will be effective from July 1st 2013 to October 1st 2013. The tariffs were expected to change in August but were moved forward to July by DECC without consultation with the industry.

Despite Solar PV installs in the 0-50kW range falling short of the capacity triggers, the 0-4kW, >4-10kW, >10-50kW will all degress by 3.5% as a result of the controversial automatic degression model that the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) included as part of the revised Feed in Tariffs.
